Return Policy 

We want you to love your purchase! Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Please note that sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping 

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 4-6 business days. During busy seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

What shipping carrier do you use?
Most orders ship through Canada Post or UPS, depending on your location and the size of your package.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local customers can select local pickup at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Canada and the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it has been processed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.
